» Bob D. Allen has retired as chairman of Daytona Beach-based development company Consolidated-Tomoka Land.

» Walt Disney World has appointed Rilous Carter vice president of Disney’s Hollywood Studios, formerly Disney MGM Studios. The former general manager of food and beverage at Epcot replaces Michael O’Grattan, who became vice president of operations at Disneyland in California.

» The board of the Central Florida Health Alliance, the non-profit parent corporation of Leesburg Regional Medical Center and The Villages Regional Hospital, has hired Lee S. Huntley of Knoxville, Tenn., as president and CEO. He replaces Louis Bremer, who resigned to move to Texas.
